Terms of Contract and Conditions of Use of this Website

Contracting Parties
The parties to any agreement for services provided by Visa 2 Moscow is you, as you are specified in the forms that you complete on this website or in any other information that you provide to us, and BMAR Limited of Suite 68, 93 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1BZ, United Kingdom.  Any reference in these terms and conditions to "us" or "we" or "our" means BMAR Limited and any reference to you, means you.

Orders
Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to process your Visa Invitation order and notify you by email of that.  When your Visa Invitation has been received by us we will notify you and then forward it to you in the agreed manner.  Most Visa Invitations can be sent by facsimile or email.  If your Visa Invitation is one that requires to be delivered to you by courier/post, then when you place your order, you will have agreed and paid for a method of delivery to you.  We will use that paid method of delivery. If no method of delivery was agreed or paid for, then we will post your Visa Invitation to you by regular post.

Delivery
Once your Visa Invitation is delivered to the courier or postal service, we accept no further responsibility for the Visa Invitation being delivered to you and any claims for non-delivery will need to be made against the courier or postal service.  Any losses or claims that may arise from any late delivery or non-delivery, whether they be punitive or actual damages, are an issue between you and the courier/postal service only and you will have absolutely no claims against us for any such losses or claims and this condition may be pleaded as an absolute bar to any proceedings that you may bring against us.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by way of credit card using PayPal (UK) which will be billed in United States Dollars (USD).  Payment may also be made in cash to our Representative in Moscow, if we agree that with you.  Cash payments are required to be either made in Ruble or USD.

Changes to Order
If you wish to change your order, then so long as we have not processed the original order, we will change the order.  However, if we have already processed the original order and the change would cause a new order to be processed, you will have to pay the cost of processing the new order.  We will do all we can to assist you to change an order, but any costs that result will have to be paid by you.

Cancellation of Order
In the event that you cancel your order before it has been completed or the Visa Invitation is received by you, we will refund you any amounts that we have not spent for disbursements, such as couriers, but the fee paid for the actual Visa Invitation is not refundable under any circumstances.  All refunds will have deducted from them a processing fee of US$30 to cover our costs and time in attending to any refund payment.

Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer
The terms of the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer that are on this website are expressly incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Copyright and Website Access
The copyright for this website rests with BMAR Limited and no parts of the website may be reproduced for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of us.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as is required by us. It is your responsibility to make sure that you check the website for the latest version of the terms and conditions and you must ensure that you visit the website on a regular basis to keep up to date with any changed terms and conditions.

Governing Law
The laws governing the contract(s) entered into between you and us are the laws of the United Kingdom. In any dispute, we and you exclusively submit to the courts of the United Kingdom in judicially determining any dispute.
