European Union (EU) Countries are:  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Note:  Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom are excluded from the shorter processing times available to the member Countries of the European Union and for the purposes of eligibility for the different Russian Business Visa Invitation processing times only, they should be regarded as not being within the EU.
